Empowering Women and Tackling Shecession through Interfaith Dialogue and Arts

I created the “Women Empowerment through Interfaith Dialogue and Arts” series in response to COVID-19 related Shecession and ongoing women abuse. BPW Ottawa will be hosting this series every year.

Parliament of the World’s Religions is an international interfaith event that seeks to bring peace, justice, equality, and sustainability in this world. This is a historic event; and, the first event took place in 1893 in Chicago. Now, this event occurs every 3 years. I acted as the Social Media Assistant for the 2018 event.

“Bon Voyage” International Dinner

“Bon Voyage” International Dinner was created to raise funds for a Wish Child of Children’s Wish Foundation. We created an international dinner and a gaming experience constituted of Silent auction, Raffle, and Balloon Pop.

Special Events For Us – Academic Project  demonstrates knowledge of Weebly. Our teacher allowed us to generate testimonials and use external links from other websites (under My Work) and downloaded images (under Gallery). We were not required to seek copyright permission because we were expected to finish this project fast; the idea was to create a fully functional website that has many pages and clickable items.
