“Bon Voyage International Dinner” was designed and executed to support Aspyn, a Wish Child diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on behalf of the “Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada“. The “Bon Voyage” team successfully met the budget constraint of zero dollars and time limit of two months while raising a total of $3765.00. Event’s theme was “journeying through the world to enjoy cultures”; and, our team members were dressed as flight attendants or captains. The guests were entertained through a silent auction, a balloon pop, appetizers, dinner, and cultural performances. Performers included African Dancers (Carivibe), Salsa Dancers, Salvadorian Dancers, Mexican Dancers, Chinese Dragon Dancers, Spanish Acoustic Guitar Players, and an African Drummer.
